Credit arrangements should be made prior to rental period. All invoices are net 30 days with 1.5% interest monthly past 30 days. Accounts 60 days or more past due will be placed on C.O.D. basis.

Rentals in the City of Chicago are subject to a 6% chicago transaction tax.

In the event of equipment malfunction, we will make every effort to replace or repair the unit. The warranty is void if it is determined that such malfunction was the result of customer error in the operation of equipment. Any cost or expense incurred by Audio Visual Systems, Inc. in replacement or repair shall be borne by the renter.

Insurance for full replacement value of equipment rented is the responsibilty of the renter.

When returning equipment from outside the Chicago area, ship freight prepaid. Special handling charges are assessed on all rentals initiated, delivered, or picked-up outside normal business hours.
